Poor service

I recently purchased a zinger burger from KFC Pelican Park. When I got home I discovered there was no lettuce and no tomatoe. I filled in the survey form and complained. I received a call from the survey department and the lady promised me that customer care will take up the matter and get back to me. On 28 Sept 19, I received the sms with a ref no but to date no has called me. Ref no 500387
