Poor service

I went to kfc vryburg and waited almost 2 hours to be told later that what I was ordering was not available...I wasted time and I had to travel almost 200km after...and the supervisor that was working that night was Tshepo and the cashier was Hana they did not even apologise instead they became rude and asked us if it's not available what should they do...they then asked us if we want our money back or not
