Poor service Bad customer service

Visited the KFC Paarl East on 27-April 2023- Ordered the Wrapsta Box special. Nnt only did the branch not have the available items. They charged me for a alternative they suggested because they didnt have the menu item. Askf to speak to manager who wasnt interested to face me or come to the counter. Send a staff member to do it.
