poor service bad attitude

We were at the KFC drive thru in Hans Strydom str Vdbpark last night (23 Dec). We ordered 3 kream *****, 2 soft serves, 1 twister and a snack burger. Only AFTER paying they would tell us they were out of oreo cookies for the kream *****. The issue was the girl at the till was what it seems like working everywhere. 1 could see circumstances wasnt good. Everyone was waiting a long time for their orders. We paid after a total of 20min in line, now we had to wait some more coz the till girl had to make the ice cream still. Wow along came Me. Selina, seems she wanted to help the girl, but it seems Me Selina dont even know how to serve a kream ball, i asked if they could hurry, we were waiting longer than 20min by now. The look i received from Me Selina! Was it coz i was white? And THEN with that look, she made a point of it to actually serve us even slower. How rude was this? I have NEVER experience such rudeness in my life. I do believe she hold a snr position at this KFC at the color of her shirt. Holding a snr position dont get u to handle the public or ur co-workers as such nor any other position. With a smile they can ask for R2 & be rude the next.
