Poor service

I placed an order on line through Uber eats yesterday. Order numbervCB8CD. It was a special that included an ice cream. 40 minutes later no food. Followed up and was told that the ice cream machine is broken. And they can process the order. I must sort it out with Uber! After another 20 minutes of having to listen to the blame game. I was eventually credited my payment for the food. I then logged a call with KFC head office. Spoke to Sanrico, He logged a case and told me that a KFC representative would call me soon. Not a word from any KFC representative. Shocking!!!1
