Poor service

I hope no one will take this out of context. It is a huge risk for me to be standing on the road for more than 15minutes waiting for the cars to move on the drive throw . The N14 in Kuruman is very busy and there are trucks driving on that road ,and when I eventually got to the window there were two ladies at the window, so why are they so slow and risking our lives ? Also you cannot swap anything at KFC Kuruman, also they don't small drinks ,milkshakes etc .

Please we need proper service.
