Poor service

I went to Florida KFC for drive through and I was assisted by the rude and arrogant lady by the name of Boitumelo, she has bad customer service . She's a disgrace to the brand. I hope the supervisor/Manager will sort her out, if not the business will lose customers because of that lady's bad attitude
