Poor service at this KFC branch

We are in Randfontein KFC. The shop is empty but we are not getting service. Instead of taking our order we are forced to go use the self service Kiosk. They say they will take our order if we are paying with cash. The down side about this is the difficulty for us to choose the sides and additional requests on our order. At the least, the staff members should assist us in this regard, remember we are not trained in taking orders at restaurant.
