Poor service at the Kfc Kaalfontein outlet.

On the 26th of July I went to the Kfc outlet at the Kaalfontein shopping centre. I bought a combo meal with for my daughter which was suppose to include a burger, chips & cold drink. When I got home there were only chips & no burger. I understand it was a busy time but the outlet is very chaotic & there's no order to how they handle orders & deal with customers. Please deal with the situation at the outlet as its not the first occasion that I have been let down by their service.
