Poor service at Sasolburg KFC

Hello Peter, on Friday the 10 of July I had another disappointing experience at a KFC. I live in Sasolburg but and was disappointed yet again by the Sasolburg KFC. It seems that the business model of KFC is poor availability of stock, rude employees and an ever-lowering standard of product. One can argue that the lockdown plays a role in the poor supply of products, but this is a problem that has been with us long before the lockdown. I felt as if I was at one of the government departments and that KFC was doing me a favour and that we must accept the poor service. It is evident that KFC head office do not worry about the public opinions as they also do not respond the to post on this forum. If franchises like KFC do not respect us should we still spend our hard-earned money there?
