Poor Service at KFC Umgababa

I am totally disgusted with the service recieved from Utra City KFC Umgaba. My order was placed at 6pm exactly. 2x streetwise 2 was ordered and I waited 45 mins and still was not served. When I asked the lady where's my meal, cause I saw all the orders after me got served, she tells me there's no chicken and I have to wait. So where they got chicken from to serve everyone after me while I was waiting? I even asked her this. There were about 15 people who came after me, all got served and gone home and I was the only one still waiting. It was really frustrating because it felt like ****** for I was the only Indian there. We are facing a pandemic at the moment. Waiting more than 45 for food is not acceptable!
