POOR SERVICE AT KFC SKYCITY

KFC Skycity has such poor service. I got there at 20h30 only to get at the intercom to get a pre-recorded voice telling me the restaurant is closed, waited for another 20 min because I now couldn't reverse, there were cars behind me. When I got to the payment window the lady I find there asks what I had ordered, I tell her nothing because I got a message that the restaurant is closed. I ask why is this? She says it's a system issue, then I asked for the manager, who had a such a stinking attitude worse she lies and says it's always been like that everytime after 18h00 it does that, so she doesn't know why, that's when I asked her then what did they do about it when they're aware that it has always been like that, she says they've called technicians but they're not arriving. She then slammed the window where I am supposed to order before I could order,I had to tell her to open it because I had not orders, she tells me she thought I had ordered. I think that manager doesn't do her job and doesn't care about the inconvenience she's costing us as customers as long as she's getting her salary at the end of the month then anything else doesn't matter. 2. I waited for 35 min before I could get to the order collections window, imagine time wasted for so long only to get even worser service even at the end,no regret and no remorse to an extent when I told her I would report such behavior to hello peter, she couldn't careless.
