Poor service at KFC Mkhuhlu

I bought a 9 piece meal from KFC Mkhuhlu and I kindly asked the cashier to please give tighs and drumsticks because I was buying the meal for children. She refused and stated that the "KFC policy" does not permit that. I explained to her that I have been buying KFC for many years from various areas and I never had a problem when I requested tighs and drumsticks for my meal. Her response was that the other KFC's which I previously bought from were doing me a favour and that they're not obliged to satisfy my request. I asked for the manager and he said the same thing. My request was not attended to and I went home as an unsatisfied customer.
