Poor Service at KFC Melrose crossing

I'm so disappointed with KFC Melrose crossing . I purchased dunked wings of which I had to wait for some time and while waiting I was informed that they should be ready in approximately 10 minutes.

Why did the cashier not inform me about the waiting time prior to accepting my order.I thereafter requested for a refund as I felt that I waited unnecessarily .I was told the transaction would be reversed in 3 days since I paid with a card. It's two weeks later and I have not heard from them .

They took my details and promised my money back .Today I called them and they said they would investigate from their side as to why the transaction was not reversed and they told me they would call me back later of which they didn't .

Unprofessional and poor service and I don't think I will ever go back to KFC anytime soon .
