Poor service at KFC Mams mall.

I am very disappointed by service I got at KFC Mams mall. On the 16/04/2023 at 21:30 I went to buy some food at KFC unfortunately I was pressed and I needed to use the Loo ladies room, sadly I was deprived that and Supervisor said he won't open the toilet because there is no water so the toilets are closed and they can't help me. The only thing I needed was to Pee and I was denied that. I fail to understand why would a service provider that deals with food would be able to operate without water, where is hygein in that? After so quet argument the cashier that I paid too decided to open the toilet and let me in, but then I realised that the taps we opened and running water un attended. I then went back to the Supervisor and told him that the water is running on tapes but they claim to say that there is no water why why why and his response was that it is not their fault that there is no water they are there to work. He was unapologetically with no rumours. I am very disappointed by such a big company treat ing it's customers in a such a manner. Thank you to the cashier that ended up opening the toilet for while her supervisor was just not caring but only dirty attitude.
