Poor service at KFC lighthouse Road bluff via Mr D

KFC lighthouse road bluff. This is a second experience of placing my order via MR D only for them to contact me after and 1 and 30 minutes saying they don’t have stock. Why do they accept the orders not checking if they have stock because the money gets deducted and it takes 5 days to be refunded by MRD.
