Poor service at KFC Ga-rankuwa

I'm beyond disappointed with the bad service and lack of sense of urgency I received at KFC Ga-rankuwa, I had to wait over 50 mins for my order and watch drive thru customers and deliveries being prioritized, not to mention the confusion that was called due to the ticket calling system not being functional .Train your staff for busy periods
