POOR SERVICE AT KFC

I purchased two burgers at KFC Sanbury Square where two of the buns was burnt black. One of the call centre agents advised me I will get a refund which did not happen. The purchase happened on the 21st of July and the customer service agent contacted me on the same day. Its been a week and still nothing has happened. I am very frustrated with the poor service.
