Poor service at KFC Brackenfell

KFC Brackenfell branch, I'm disappointed in this branch twice. The first time was when we had to wear a musk during COVID19, I went for drive through and I was alone in the car, made the order but when I reached on pay window, I was denied to pay reason being I haven't weared a musk. Second time is today and it was drive through again , made my order but when I reached on pay window, I was denied to pay, reason being that they don't take cash on drive through though I had exact amount that doesn't need change still they refused to accept payments they had to let me drive away without food. All other KFC stores around them accept cash payments, why only Brackenfell doesn't accept and there is no written sign to say no cash payments on drive through. So guys if you really hungry try other areas but not Brackenfell KFC other wise you might get a big surprise that might affect your appetite
