POOR SERVICE AT KFC

Good day

I am really disgusted at the pathetic service received at Gateway Mall by the food court.

Ordered food and was advised that it will be ready by 20 mins. It was ordered at 18:42pm and was only made available at 7:42pm, what nonsense is that. Poor and pathetic service with a franchise that is widely spread nationally.

The fries were very dry like it was warmed and it was made yesterday and the meat was hard as a rock. And the ladies making the meat couldn't careless about the time waited for. Even my kids couldn't stomach it. Please deal with the matter at hand and I will require management to get back to me asap.

This is not the first time I have received such **** service at KFC. I have had my share with The Crescent as well. I can take this up to other social networks for them to see what we go through everyday with KFC staff who are so ***********.
