Poor service at KFC

So I went to KfC Auckland park this evening to get some food as I am a regular customer. So there were five cars cued in the drive through including myself. After waiting for 23 minutes to finally get my turn to place an order I was told that there is no more chicken and I should wait an addition 15 minutes so they can get more chicken(in those exact words). I was so frustrated by their poor service. It is called 'fast food' for a reason! KFC has officially Lost another customer today.
