Poor service at KFC

Good day I have a complian about KFC SENEKAL FREESTATE, I pass there on Friday the 14th and bought street wise one, the service was very bad, thy were very slow and I was traveling with a taxi to Lesotho, I told them to help me taxi will leave me, thy gave me my order, I took it without checking it, when I got in a taxi there was only mini loaf and mash no piece of chicken. Imagine how embarrassing it was for people to wait for me and end up without getting what I bought.
