Poor service at KFC

The staff at KFC have bad attitude towards customers, on the 9th January 2024 I bought some chicken and large chips, I only received half the packet, and this is not the only KFC I was dissatisfied even the one at Brookside mall, the service is good only when Sphesihle is around as a manager, the new stuff is full of themselves and provide poor service
