Poor service as KFC VOORBAAI

Kfc in Voorbaai Mosselbay Absolutely crazy to wait 35min for a breakfast wrap. Staff is rude and have no idea how to talk to a customer. We got treated poorly by staff aswell as the manageress on duty. It was 6:58 am as the sign and google said they open at 7am. I did not mind waiting and the signs still had the normal menus and not breakfast. I was then told to proceed to pick up window as cashier is there witch we then did. She came to me with a terrible attitude and said they open at 7am. I said to her it already is 7 am. She turned around and walked away. Few minutes later she came back and then started going at me. I then lut in my order for 2 breakfast wraps and then had to wait 30 more minutes just for the order. Nor the staff or manager cared about all the other cars behind us jn the drive thru. The cashier kept making rude remarks at us and the staff was standing laughing at us. Manager kept walking away and did nothing about the situation. I have it on video and photos that we took of the time aswdll as the slip about this place.
