Poor service and wrong order

<p>I got to KFC Edenvale at 13:10 waited for 10 minutes on the queue to place an order. Ordered and paid for a tower crunch bueger and waited for 25 minutes for my meal!</p> <p> </p> <p>Rushed out without checking the order and when I got to the office? I was given a crunch burger and not what I ordered and paid for?</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Having one teller during lunch hours is just pathetic and shows the lack of caring for your customers and you couldn't careless about customer satisfaction </p> <p> </p> <p>2. The teller did not know the menu and people had to keep repeating their orders and pointing at the board(wonder how many got the correct order) </p> <p> </p> <p>3. I paid for a meal and got a totally different one? Meaning the chef(Moses) also does not know what he is doing and is also not fami**** about the menu? or is it that you guys just don't care?</p> <p> </p> <p>4. I need to know what's going to happen now as I did not get my order and I'm not willing to drive back to that branch?</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope to hear from you</p> <p> </p>
