Poor service and unhygienic food preparation

It unfortunate that I even have to give one star to KFC Jansen Park. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes after I spoke to Sindiswa who told me that she didn’t know whether the kitchen had fillets for my double crunch burger, she then asked me to proceed to the next window without any feedback. When I reached the next window, there was no apology or explanation as to why I had to wait so long… as if that wasn’t bad enough, I get to the next window where I’m in full view of the kitchen and the staff had no gloves on while preparing meals. That is completely unacceptable!
