Poor service and trying to rob me
I was so excited today to go to my local KFC for lunch, but it turned out a very bad experience.

I ordered a meal there yesterday and the soda machine was out of order. Today it was still out of order.

Today I requested a meal, that would have included a soda fountain drink, only to be told that it was not available, but that I could pay for a buddy instead.

I requested that that part of the meal price then be credited to me, as it was not my problem that the machine was out of action for the second day.

The operator (Irene) declined my request, stating that I must pay for the buddy and that the normal price for the soda fountain drink could not be credited to me.

I insisted on the credit and Irene spoke to Sesnah about the situation, who after a long debate, agreed to my request, but offered me a buddy cold drink instead of the soda fountain drink, at no additional charge.

Why does it have to come to a debate and argument before these operators can do the right thing?

Maybe they should add a couple more hours training to the proudly advertised wall paper statistics to ensure the operators effectively serve customers to their satisfaction? International Comp?
