Poor service and theft at KFC store

I placed an online order with KFC Ermelo 2, when I arrived to collect my food 10 minutes later, the store has not even recieved the order. After showing the staff a screen shot of the order and proof of payment, they prepared my food. When I arrived home, I found that they left one item out, they reduced the size on another item, and the chicken pieces was raw. I do not stay in town, so it made no sense to drive back and complain at the store. I could not complain on the KFC website, since their complaint page does not work.
