Poor service and the money that I pay doesn't value the item I'm served....this need serious attention

I bought 3 all star meals at KFC THEMBISA MALL sometimes last around 5pm when I want to dish around 20 pm burgers are empty I was so fortunate that they where still opened ,I went back with hope that they going to fix the meals and I didn't check on my arrival at home I eat and went to bed while I was sleeping my kids came mommy other burgers are empty still I was so angry and It was late when i wake up in the morning i went to kfc and they called so called manager he apologized and offer me some free meal which i didn't eat last night I've send my son to buy 10 pics unfortunately they only put 4piece of wings 3 drumsticks and 1thigh and when I wanted to dish around 9pm it's only 8 small pieces yet I paid for 10 pieces I went there this morning I got these 2 so called shift leaders Mhlupheki and his friend they apologize and offered me some free meals ....KFC why can't you give us what we paying for....you inconveniencing us with our money can somebody who is in charge intervene so that this mess can be fixed
