Poor Service and Terrible Attitude

I have just walked out of Kfc Mansfield in Pretoria.Paul Kroner and the service was appalling. Went out of the drive thru from a car's que thinking it was empty inside the service will be quicker.man was I wrong!!!!! In me bringing attention to the cashier Prudence she had the audacity to answer back to me while I was exclaiming how disgusting their service is.i am on the service industry and not Ever have I been trained to answer back to customers.Ever!!!close your doors if drive thru ' s are more important to you.I've never had to wait so long at a fast food provider. SO TERRIBLE.Train your staff about service delivery AND manner address to customers.Utterly disgusting
