Poor service and ********

I did an online order that went through to the Westville branch in Durban. Only after 1 hour I get am sms stating that they cannot deliver my order. No one bothered to make me aware of what the issue was. I paid online meaning KFC owes me money. The sms stated that someone would call me but to date nothing has happened. I'm so disappointed with the Westville service and this is a reflection of KFC overall. All I want is my refund.
