POOR SERVICE AND RUUUUUUUDE STAFF

14/12/2017 on my lunch break I came in and ordered 8 wings and went out to PnP for 10 minutes and when I came back they had sold my wings to another customer while the person I came in with did get her wings and family meal which means they kept her order and the manager was not sympathetic and ended up spending my whole lunch break waiting I then asked for my money back and only then when they went to the back and came back with wings, and today I went on my lunch break again and bought streetwise two pap and the lady kept helping people that were behind me while my order was ready, when I advised her of my concern she was very rude to me and said I cant keep checking your order numbers I serve in my on way. my order number was 391 and I was there by 12:37 and got my order by 12:58.
