Poor Service and Rudeness

Was at Kfc by small street just not sure whats it is called.... i ordered my food and dessert and asked the cashier if i could collect my dessert after i had finished my meal and she agreed to it once i was done i went down to collect my ice cream the lady that was at collect section just looked and the receipt that i produced and never looked me in the face or hear what i was saying later i had to repeat what i had said and her response was " Oh now you talking" i told her i had said the very same thing the first time but she was paying attention to the slip in from of her, the cashier who had assisted me earlier came and i did not hear what she said and she disappeared again 15 min later i asked the lady that i had found there by the name of Samkelisiwe if she will assist or not she told me the lady had said she will prepare my dessert, after 7 minutes i asked cashier by the name of Zinhle to please call me her manager, a Lady by a name of Jabu came and i told her what had happened and all i wanted was an apology from Samkelisiwe who then told her manager that the lady had gone to fetch ice cream cups and she just laughed when told to apologies and said sorry ke and she asked what exactly is she apologizing for? i told her manager the attitude of the lady stinks and she is also not helping as she can see her laughing but she is saying nothing about that. im not happy at all
