Poor service and rude staff

<p>So yesterday i decided to go buy KFC in uitenhage. I bought a streetwise 2 and 3. I asked that my chicket get dunked in the dunked sause. The lady informes that she doent know if they allow this. Then i told her that 2 weeks ago i bought the same chicken and they dunked it for me at the sam KFC branch. So then she tells everyone that they must dunk my checken. I wait for my order and go to collect to find that they never dunked my chicket but gave me to bowls of sause. I then asked the lady why didnt they dunk it cause thats what i ordered. She then told me thet dont dunk chicken. i told her that i had mine dunked 2 weeks ago, then she tured around and ignored me. WHY OFFER A SERVICE ONE WEEK AND THE NEXT NOT??????????? I are not all the staff informed about such service????????</p>
