Poor service and quality of the food

On Saturday I bought a bucket of 15 pieces at KFC in Lebowakgomo Zone F. The chicken was not fresh you can taste the sourness coming from oil that was used so many times. I still have the pieces in the fridge I can't finish them and to my suprise the drive thru was packed with slow service I expected better. I am never buying from that KFC
