Poor service and quality @ new kfc in Stellenbosch

About a month ago soon after a new KFC drive thru opened in Stellenbosch, we went there at 11 at night to get 2 zinger burgers, we were asked to wait in front. We waited more that 30 minutes for just 2 zinger burgers.<br> The people next to us told us that they were waiting for zinger wings and has been waiting longer than us.<br> <br> This morning I go to the drive thru again to buy zinger wings. <br> The wing were almost inedible. <br> They were extremely dry and you couldn't even taste that it is chicken.<br> In my opinion it has been standing for a few hours (is this event aloud?)<br> <br> My question is why do a new KFC store have so many problems, especially with their Zinger menu items?<br> Why do we have to pay for food that is not up to standard?<br> <br>
