Poor service and Order
Hi,<br> I ordered a street wise 2 and a single piece. When I heard they were out of stock I spoke to manager and he said he can only give me 2 small pieces but I said I want 3 to cover the curtious for non stock on the big pieces. He then said I must buy another piece if I am not happy and then turned away and walk back to his office. I wish I can sell my house and buy that take-away and fire ALL the staff. I called in and laid a complaint to Ian at customer service and still waiting for my complaint ref number?

I am still waiting for response? I had another problem before with KFC and AGIN Senzo the manager did not resolve my issue before. The other issues was went my father bought street wise 2 pce and the mash and gravy was so bad that my father that is 70 years old poured it on to the counter to show that there was NO MASH what so ever in there and the servant was so rude as well as the manager. Yes it was wrong but I provoked my father to do it as it is utter nonsense for people like this to get away with it STILL. But I understand the poor service we get in South Africa. But if I could I would get the manager fired as well the servant there.
