POOR SERVICE AND OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

1. Drive through - Numerous times they don't have milk in the morning to serve cappuccino. (PLANNING?)<br> 2. Drive through - When ordering strips in the morning, they almost always say one needs to wait as they need to make it first; 3 minutes they say - it never takes 3 minutes. On one particular day they asked me to wait in the parking area, they'll bring it. 3 minutes right? After waiting around 10 minutes I decided to leave - hopefully one of their staff members enjoyed the free meal. (PLANNING, OPERATIONS?) 3. Drive through - Ordering window is out of order on numerous occasions, thus you have a backup of vehicles having to place an order at the collection window and waiting for it - creates a queue for the rest - and one can see how annoyed everyone gets. For example: This morning I waited 15 minutes to get a cappuccino? 2 cars in front of me... Really? (OPERATIONS?) 4. When I asked the staff why their service is poor - they didn't even realize it. Also asked how often they see franchise owner, the reply was never? Just wanted to check if anyone is doing quality checks??<br> <br> To be honest, rarely one receives good or even great service there - Use it, don't use it...
