POOR Service and no regard for customer service

<p>When KFC delivery services started, it made getting the fried chicken just so much easier and convenient but what does that help if your branch agent, manager and/or worker just doesn't give a flying chicken about customer care. You spent 3min ordering via KFC delivery but you still gonna wait 1H30min for the branch to deliver the food, even though it only takes about 20-30min seeing that the callcentre orders from your nearest branch. Plus when you do escalate to find out they still have an attitude and tell you that it will take as long as it takes. THIS IS KFC MONTANA Kollonade... Thembi and staff, just dont care.</p>
