Poor service and no assistance

Poor service.. Firstly ordering food online and paying via eft on the 24/5/2019 ref number Marthinus ********** so firstly my order was delivered an hour after it was ordered not only was the food cold it was delivered short aswell as per my invoice and what i paid for..i did contact the kfc hotline complained about the delivery that was not right as per what i paid for so i was sms a reference number but i uave cleared my sms and was told that the kfc would phone me to rectify the order which till now has not happened..so needless to say money wasted and no assistance from kfc at all.. Secondly.. On the 28/5/2019 again i have ordered lunch reference Marthinus ********** time 11:40 was told order will be delivered in 40 mins..as per me i order that time cos my lunch brake is from 12:00 to 13:00 every day.. so i recieve a call 12:19 appologising to me my delivery is late not a problem..my lunch time finished at 13:00 reported back for duty recieve a call 13:18 to tell me my delivery has arrived..not that i can eat now as my lunch brake is over..go recieve ny delivery the guys excuse was hes motorcycle broke down..so agin food ice cold and i can eat it like that..so yes once bitten twice shy..these deleverys were dispatched from kfc kensington and if you try contact the number on the internet does not work..so i will not waste my money on kfc again..
