Poor service and management

<p>Today was the " 10 piece chicken + wings for R89" and not that I'm surprised but the KFC in Soweto, Mzimhlope apparently was "offline" specifically for this special. Everything else you could buy except the special because it wasnt loaded onto their system. The manager wasn't helpful at all, didnt have any answers for us, kept saying "i don't know when it will be online", didnt attempt to come up with a solution, instead she tried to bribe us with free ice cream since we'd all been waiting since 5. I'm honestly disappointed, especially cause this branch is new.</p>
