Poor Service and lack of compromise

Hi there,<br> <br> I went into the KFC store in Stellenbosch on Adam Taas Road yesterday, 18 January 2016 to buy some fried chicken. I asked for a three piece and requested 2 thighs and 1 drumstick which was refused to me by the manager. I explained that I had requested this same order just last week and was obliged. And as someone who spends thousands of rands on KFC every year, I always specify my chicken pieces as I only eat thighs and drumsticks.<br> <br> In some KFC branches, I am asked to pay extra and in others, they give me what I ask for no questions asked but this is the first KFC that didn't even try to accommodate my request. As a matter of fact, the manager didn't even bother to get up from her chair in her office to attend to me, she simply sat in her office whilst telling me I cannot have the pieces I requested.<br> <br> I drove off, upset and went to the KFC in Idas Valley, Stellenbosch and not only was I given the pieces of chicken I requested (2 thighs and a drumstick), they checked to make sure I received what I asked for.<br> <br> Why is there not a uniform policy across all KFC's? And I'd also like to know why the manager Setloane at KFC on Adam Taas Road in Stellenbosch was so unaccommodatin
