Poor service and incorrect order

Poor service and incorrect order by the KFC in Phakamile Mabija road. I ordered a meal and they gave me the wrong order I asked what about my wings and the lady told me sorry thats what we have and I asked for the manager who came and said well sorry sir we don't have wings so you can either take the order or we give your money back. This for me was poor service and if they told me they don't have wings when I ordered I would have gone to another kfc but I couldn't and because of time I had to just take the order. Needless to say I will never go to that kfc again and I will tell everyone of there pathetic manager and her staffs service taking no responsibility or ownership
