poor service and food not up to standard

I recently visited kfc on the 26 August 2015 at their drive through. I was told that the food would take around 7 mins to be done and wait in the parking lot. I waited for a half an hour and when I walked into the store to complain I was given a vague excuse from the staff as to why my order was delayed. I then proceeded to ask the manager who also just pretended to be upset and offered me a \happiness"which consists of a tiny ice cream"
