Poor service and even poor customer support

I ordered 3 Wrapsta box meals and one of them was a mish mash I cannot describe. this is not the first incident I have had with location. begs the question are we receiving inferior service because we are in the location or do the staff not get enough training. This is not acceptable.

on calling the outlet I am instructed to come and fetch my replacememnt meal after work. and this woman insists on refering to me in a condecending and demeaning tone and addressing me as "Lovie". Do better KFC. this is appalling. I have essentially been ****** of my hard earned money here.. left with a bad taste in my mouth
