Poor Service and Disrespect from Store Manager

I had a very disappointing experience with the KFC Secunda Gate 1 branch. My order was not received in full, and what makes this even worse is that the order was packed by the manager.

When we contacted the store to resolve the issue, the manager was rude and dismissive instead of being helpful. The situation escalated further when a video of the CCTV footage was taken on a personal phone, where staff — including the manager — can be heard speaking negatively about me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially coming from management. I expect much better standards of professionalism, accountability, and respect from a store manager.

I strongly urge higher management to investigate this matter and address both the missing items and the conduct of the manager.
