poor service and day light *******

I placed an order from ( central park,5,Irene,Centurion,0157 ), driver did not deliver what i have ordered he only told me that he is lost. I called KFC customer care to assist, so they promised to refund me but now its been 2 months since i havent received my money or voucher.
