Poor service and cover ups

I ordered 2 streetwise 3 for myself and my mother at their Golden Acre store and I had to order dornks separately, I discovered that there were no straws and when I asked for straws the very staff who sold me the meal insulted me. I asked for the store manager and she defended them, I later discovered she wasn't even the store manager but team leader. I then went to their Facebook page to lay the complaint and the real store manager called me to apologize and offered a complimentary meal from the store as an apology, I I went to get the mealas promised and I was refused access to the store under direct instructions of the store manager who offered the meal.
