Poor service and cold food

I ordered KFC from KFC Sasol Steve Biko road pretoria via uber eats. My order was for 3x mash and gravy and a family treat 10pc i received the order and there was no snack burgers inside that was suppose to come with the Family Treat 10pc. So i had to sent the order back to KFC with all the contents and then they returned thr order with the 2 snack burgers. But they sent us back the original contents that they sent 1st time around. The food was ice cold when we received it and we had to reheat it in the microwave. I'm utterly disgusted by this..... it is just unacceptable to send the same food ice cold back....
