Poor service and chicken tastes funny.

The service is very poor here can anyone please rectify the problem as we got in we ordered 2 meals that comes with cool drink an we were served hot coke and the lady served them hot without atleast notifying us, as we sat the lady was also cleaning among us I felt we being violated as customers, The lady who was serving us name is Thobeka.
